… is ugly.
Pardon me, but since when is it normal to introduce only the least radical cars in North America ? Oh, and can somebody tell me why it’s thought that NorthAm buyers don’t like hatchbacks ?
Back to the Civic Sedan. Assuredly, the nose, some generic shapes and the interior is much akin to the strongly identified hatchback on the way to Europe. But the car’s overall feel is “blah”. If you said to me it was electric or hybrid, even that wouldn’t save it from “blah”.
The two door has better stance, the Si has the wing. So they make “blah+” and “blah++”
What it should look like ?

props to Paul Tan for good pics

The name Katrina will certainly be stricken from the list at the weather bureau. Like a large bomb, the ripple effect reaches very far indeed.
In Montreal, the rain was bad but the effect on the fuel prices staggering. Overnight, over 20cents/liter was added.
1.349$/liter == 5.112 CDN $/US gallon == 4.192 U$/gallon
Damn.
But at least we get to keep our houses and hard earned treasures. My sympathies to the close-up victims.
I spent two weeks in idyllic existence at the family cottage. Sleep, food, sleep, books, sleep, swimming, sleep, kayaking, sleep, fishing, sleep, movies and some napping for good measure.
It’s hard to get back into the workplace routine, especially since the routine was busted by freak problems while I was away. Some pretty heinous problems … and I had them on my plate from day one. Not a very welcoming experience, but it’s “Murphy’s Law”.
Now I just got to get myself back into organising, cleaning and so-on. But first another weekend getaway to the cottage!
